Question by ^J^: How do i increase my stamina from home?
I don’t need to lose weight but i really need to work out on my stamina. Would you recommend what sort of exercises that i could do at home without any gym-equipments?

– Aerobics? Which type? I’m a beginner.
– Jump rope?
– Dancing?

Any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance!

Jump roping is a high intensity workout which makes it a top conditioning tool to increase stamina and endurance, among others. You may want to try jump roping HIIT style.

Question by Rayven: Any suggestions for step aerobics equipment substitute?
I dont want to buy a step. $ 30 for a step? Cmon! It seems like I could find something in nature or make one. I think 6 inches is what I need as a beginner right? Any suggestions on what to use? Any links for a visual map of steps aside from videos? Any other exercise suggestions to lose weight at a somewhat fast pace?? Also, Any suggestions for weights instead of buying them?

Really weird poodle exercise video for humans. This is a mesmerizing and frightening video. It’s a word-for-word parody of Susan Powter’s first workout video…

Those terms can mean the same or very similar things.
Aerobics is a term used for exercise that does not cause the body into oxygen debt meaning that your body exchanges the gases used during exercise for new oxygen. Cardiovascular refers to using your systems to breath and transport blood.
They can be interchangeable so exercise for one is good for the other even if someone wants to separate them
