Question by Random Person: What is the difference between aerobics and cardio?
I just want to know, i was looking for for some exercises that i could do and the websites that i always found recommended aerobics AND cardio, and so when i looked both of them up they seemed the same to me. So, what is the difference?

Answer by lestermount Those terms can mean the same or very similar things.
Aerobics is a term used for exercise that does not cause the body into oxygen debt meaning that your body exchanges the gases used during exercise for new oxygen. Cardiovascular refers to using your systems to breath and transport blood.
They can be interchangeable so exercise for one is good for the other even if someone wants to separate them
