There wasn’t a set of jump squats in the second round! Just FYI if any of
yall wanted to tack it on at the end or something!

WHEW! Well, I WAS going to go to the gym and jog 20 minutes, but this was

is it just me or on the second round there was not jump squats. after
pushup there should have been jump squats like first round. just saying. ps
glad there wasnt those things are the killers
