If i do this 3 times a week for 3weeks and strength workouts for the other
days will ill be able to atleast lose 10-15lbs(:?

Hi! This was very soothing to do as well as challenging! Those side plank

great work out, shame i don’t have space for many of the positions, but i
managed to squeeze most of them. could you maybe do a workout for people
with small rooms?

Jeeze, challenging! I made it 10 minutes on my first go. Quick question,
there were some excersizes here that I could not do due to a weak knee
(those jumping lunges, anything with high knee impact)… do you have any
suggestions of non impact alternatives?

Ok, so I am doing a meal plan that has 1200 – 1300 calories a day. If I did
this daily, for 28 days would it be intense enough to have good results?
I am looking to lose 15 lbs within the next 28 days.

I’m overweight and found this to be challenging yet doable. I love on a
second floor apartment so jumping is not an option for me, unless I want to
mortify the downstair neighbors thinking there is an earthquake! This is a
really good workout and will be using this on days I can’t make it to the
gym :)
