Im going to start a new exercise routine..and i was wondering which one is better..I dont want to lose weight just tone and firm my muscles..so which would be better for me?

Definitley pilates. I started a couple of months ago and am hooked. I hope you can try pilates on the machines, its AMAZING. Its perfect for toning and working your muscles… yet somehow it is relaxing. ITS LOVE! haha.

They are both very differernt.
Pilates tones and firms you up while also creating more flixability.
Arebiocs works out your hearts. It will firm you, but not give you the leaner look like pilates does.
I would do pilates if you just want to tone an firm up a bit.

There are many different pilates routines, but all of them are about toning and firming muscles. Mat pilates or on a machine, you can’t go wrong.
You should not neglect cardio exercise though, you should include 20 minutes of cardio in your workout regimen 2-3 times a week.
