How do i increase my stamina from home?

I don’t need to lose weight but i really need to work out on my stamina. Would you recommend what sort of exercises that i could do at home without any gym-equipments?
– Aerobics? Which type? I’m a beginner.
– Jump rope?
– Dancing?
Any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance!

Jump roping is a high intensity workout which makes it a top conditioning tool to increase stamina and endurance, among others. You may want to try jump roping HIIT style.

Jump rope is great, then just turn the tv on and look for an health /aerobics channel there’s bound to be one or 500 of them out there.
Soon you’ll learn the exercises then you won’t need the TV. But a stereo does help!
