I love your workouts!! I’m on vacation and I did it today at my hotels pool !!Most exercises werent that challenging except for the last one but still enjoyed it !!

Thank you so much for posting this. I am a weight lifter, but a back injury has me on the sidelines for a few months. I didn't want to start putting on weight again, but my chiro told me high impact movement is no good. He suggested working out inside a pool 🙂 this will be perfect.
