Question by Stephanie: What is a good Step Aerobics DVD?
I used to do that a lot, and go to a class, but I just don’t have time to anymore. I really like doing it, I think its a fun way to work out, but I can’t really take a class. I just need the DVD I already have all the other equipment.

although it is rather old, i always enjoyed all of the Jane Fonda workout tapes, especially the step aerobics!
