Hi Jenny, I am also a group fitness instructor for many years. I just want to compliment you on your excellent cueing both verbally and visually with your arms and hand movements. Off to teach one of my senior classes right now. Don't you just love them!!!!

Thanks for this vertical jump program "Jumοnοz Azb" (G0OGLE it), in just 2 weeks I could dunk it very easily with two hands! Which indicates this program really works! I am now like a mini Blake Griffin on my team. .
