Cardio 2 uses strength training, combined with aerobic exercise, for a fast-paced interval workout. Each minute there is a new move for a total of 6 intervals. All you need are two hand weights (whatever weight works for you) and your body.

I think the FitnessGram PACER Test would be a nice little test, no competition.
