I am not Sherri Olivera. I am Jill McClintic-Doyle. I am not allowed to do weight bearing exercise. This is the best exercise equipment for that. I wouldn't know what to do without mine.

this is a great machine but i feel like its not like hard enough. i have the level on 9 but thats not hard enough either

This is actually one of the best home-grade exercise machines ever, and I've tried lots of them. I used my Cardio Glide T2 every day in Push mode, until the connector link's attachment lugs on the tube frame tore out. So I suppose it wasn't really the best. It gave me a great workout, though, and I had no trouble using it every day, unlike so many.

We have a cardio glide plus in our condo fitness room. Can you tell me the difference between the cardio glideand the cardio glide plus? I've found a few cardio glides for sale but no pluses.
