Thanks for the tips given, Back in the day ( 3 years ago ) i have lost about 30lbs in just 3 months but i was cycling almost everyday for about an hour and after that i was jumped on treadmill for about 10-15 minutes just to relax my muscles.
overall its a only way to lose weight in a short period of time specially if you look slim but do have big belly fat , i recommend this exercise as i have tried this before .

I've gotten back into fitness, bike riding specifically, after not working in an extremely physical working environment. Over the last year I've put on a little bear belly. Am struggling to get rid of it.
I ride for about 40 km's. Over an hour & a half everyday. Legs are pumped, but the bear belly hasn't noticeably changed. Wondering if bike riding alone is pointless.

Technology is advancing they will soon bring out this machine where you stand on and it will vibrate you dont do nothing but stand, ten minutes on the machine is estimated to be 30 minutes of running not sure if it will come out in 2017
