Thanks for posting this. I just did the full routine as a start to a
workout plan. I felt like a drunken elephant, but I stumbled my way

its been years scene ive exercised!! except walking!! but this video is
something my sister and i was only able to do the first part of video and
half of the second one before our mussels were hurting where we just had
to lay in the floor.. We will be doing this video 3 times a week !! when i
see progress ill make another comment!!
