Water Aerobics is always taught to use all body parts, which means hands in
the water and use propulsion of the water w/ your arms if you are a
certified AEA instructor.

@TheAbStand Yes, you are definitely right. Water aerobics is very low
impact, yet very effective. For those that have a lot of weight to lose as
well, this can be great for them as well. Thanks for the comment.
