Question by Lovely H: If I work out twice a day morning and evening for 30 minutes will i lose weight?
I have been walking 30 minutes in the morning and in the evening and occasionally i might do an aerobics video. I have been eating sandwiches, pretzels, applesauce, bananas, and other snacks throughout the day and a regular dinner. I weigh 255 and I just wanted to know will this diet/workout regime help me lose weight and about how much.

it will work as long as your caloric intake is reasonable. you need to keep track of how many calories are in these meals and snacks, and of course drinks too. there are tools online where you enter your weight, height, and how much you want to lose and it will tell you how many calories you need to have per day..just do a google search for these tools.
so watch your calories, drink water, and work out twice a day, and YES you will lose weight!! (as long as you don’t have any health issues barring you from doing so of course) how much you lose depends on your own metabolism and how well you stick to the plan.
