Hi,
I’m starting to do some aerobics. Unfortunately i cant really go to lessons for a few reasons. Rather im interested in videos. so far i’ve only used some free ones online. Can any women out there suggest some good videos. I’m looking for something that is geared towards women with only female instructors, thats fun, low-med impact (i may want to move up later), and good music is a plus too. I also dont want to have to buy a lot of equipment, preferably none. Anything like yoga would be difficult too, i want something relatively easy to learn. Thanks for everyone’s help!

I’m not saying this to be weird or preverted (esp. since i’m a straight woman ), but the Carmen Electra striptease aerobics is really fun, and really low impact
