I love this workout and the instructor is great! Fun and full of life! It
took a couple of times until I got it, now I got it! I’m recovering from an
injury and this is a perfect workout. Thank you!

nice work-out. the girls goofing up in the back adds a ‘human’ aspect to it
so I don’t feel so bad when I goof! After-all they’re young and in the US
military. I’m just a 63 year old who has been working out for over 30
years. It’s not a real hard work-out, perfect for my morning session – then
I can do a more challenging 30 -40 minutes in the afternoon. Thanks for
uploading! I like the channel too

ohhhhhh my god, this is not an Instruktor. Low Impact? what is she doing
with her hands all the time? and her body stability, awful. sorry i have to
say this, because some people try to do this video, but dont. Its worse for
your body!!!

I thought it was a fairly good workout for low impact, but the girl in the

This isn’t low impact aerobics. You all need to practice in front of a
mirror first, and get it right, before making a video. Very messy, no
coordination, or communication in your steps and movements.

This is exactly how it would be in a class setting… some people take a
little longer to register the move than others… the instructor knows what
coming in her head, the others don’t. I like it. that said, i do find the
instructor annoying. lol
