Mita M, yes I agree. Those bigger lever moves, (side legs, kicks,
arabesque, etc.) when done with more repetitions, can definitely work the
legs a lot! –even though it’s more simple! Awesome job!

Iluvia M, Para bajar de peso, comer una dieta saludable y hacer cardio 3-5
veces por semana durante 30-60 minutos, y añadir en el entrenamiento con
pesas al menos 2 veces por semana. Un día de entrenamiento de la
flexibilidad es también muy importante. Consulte con su médico antes de
comenzar éste o cualquier programa de ejercicios. Gracias por la pregunta!

Mita M, I see you found my Step by Step (1) workout, cool! I am seriously
also so happy you are loving step so much! It’s amazing to me how much step
benches cost. I would suggest investing in a good one though, especially
since you really love to step. If you are in the US, Amazon has been the
best place to find one quickly. Type in ‘ORIGINAL HEALTH CLUB STEP’. It
measures 14 X 40 inches. If you can wait, sometimes you can spot them at
local thrift stores or garage sales. HTH! =D

Did this today, it was awesome, quite tiring in the end actually. Not sure
if my legs were tired from doing step aerobics the last few days but even
though the moves were not tough to follow, the repetitions made them
challenging.

Jenny, I had been using my cousin’s stepper the last few months as I just
got started with step aerobics. I was not sure if I would stick with it and
now I am addicted to it. Can you suggest what I can buy that is available
at a reasonable price? They seem quite expensive and most of them are not
even that wide in length. With my current stepper I am not able to lie on
it to do strength exercises. There isn’t a lot of room on it to do V-steps
either. The best I have seen so far is 27 inches long

This workout, step by step 2 and 3 and unexpectes step are my favourite.
They are powerful, simple but at the time effective, Please keep posting
complete 4 combos and a weave workouts that challenge our cardiovascular
system and are an amazing work to our bodies and minds. Thanks Jenny for
your outstanding work.

I absolutely love this workout. I always use my HRM and analyse my workout
afterwards. When I first started doing this workout, my calorie burn was
500+!! Now that I have been doing it for two weeks, my calorie burn is down
to 400 calories, which is still fantastic. I know I can up the calorie burn
by adding more height to my step or popping each step. Love it, Jenny, and

like it on Amazon by searching for ‘The Step Original Health Club Step
