Great workout! I used to do this back in the day and still know every
single move. Nothing compares to these old Firm workouts.

I have used various FIRM videos for nearly 15 years. It works if you work
it. And it is hard work. If you have bad knees or a bad back, please (a)
use the smaller stool or (b) do the exercises on the floor and definitely
(c) make sure your doctor writes off on this program because it is intense.
I’m old school prefer the older videos to the newer and gave away my WAVE
nearly as soon as I got it.

Hands down–my favorite FIRM workout they ever did under the original
creators. Ignore the wardrobe ladies–this workout will give you what you
