( Tutorial ) Circuit training(aerobics and resistance)

Hi i’m KiM Rani,19 doing some of My Circuit Training..

Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness.

the area is at my little brothers play area..at the back is his little bicycle..!!sorry for not so perfect routines..but often do this more about 3 days every week..!!
