My 2-3-4 lumbar spinal stemosis 90 days ago left me with pain and difficulty walking for more than a few leagues. By gradually increasing intensity over two months with my MD's giuidence my strength has improved to the point that walking up to a 1/2 mile is possible, but not yet comfortable.
