This 25 Minute workout uses one light dumbbell to get your heart rate up for maximum calorie burn and body toning. Blast fat with this workout, burning anywhere between 250-400 calories (depending on individual fitness level, heart rate, body weight, etc). Options for all fitness levels and all workouts can be done without the weight as well.

Wow, I could feel my heart rate go up with this workout. Cardio and arms, two for the price of one. I love getting two workouts done at one time when I am pressed for time. Love this.

Love this one.Any workout where I can get in weights and cardio is great.Since I hit the big 50 need all the weighted workouts I can get.And having the modifications is a plus.Especially with burpees. But with the modification it will be easier to reach my goal of doing the full ones.

You're amazing!!! When I opened this video and saw you. I almost went and found another workout. So glad I didn't!! You kicked my butt and you gave great instructions. My only complaint is that you should have made this workout longer Thanks Amy!

I LOVE this workout! It has everything and I felt like my whole body had worked hard. You're an amazing instructor (although I did have some choice words for you during the shoulder press sections lol), and the beautiful location you film in is so inspiring. I've written this before, but as tough as they are, your workouts are always fun, varied and don't feel like a terrible punishment…. except perhaps the shoulder part 🙂

Again…LOVE these videos!!! I've been doing them regularly for about 3-4 months now. But, I just want to reiterate how great your cues are!! I had to do a workout using my phone and if it hadn't been the excellent cues, I wouldn't have been able to do it, because I couldn't see the screen! Lol love the music too!

+Jenny Ford Day 3 of my second 30 day challenge !!!! What an amazing feeling !!! All these years in gym classes and this is by far the first time , i feel like i am really doing something for myself ! Not only i feel stronger and stronger every day , see muscles popping and enjoy every single workout , everyone else can see the difference as well !!!! It is like i am doing a personal !!! I don't know why but every time I play this one, it gets interrupted by commercials the whole way through. I have to stop and press skip ad roughly about 4 times. Anybody else experiencing that?
