Love the ideas and really love aquatic exercise but having some trouble with dealing with chlorine. I am wondering if there are ways to combat chlorine absorption that happens through the skin? Any ideas?

Thank you for the exercise post, 4.5 months ago I broke my wrist and cannot do gym workouts. I need to strengthen my wrist and hand and have invested in a pair of these dumbbells size medium. I have been doing aqua for the last few weeks and wear gloves to increase the resistance to help my hand. Any advice you can give me would be very much appreciated Pooja. Your classes look amazing.

started laughing during the beginning thinking it would be a grandma workout….definitely stopped laughing as i kept going xD not a bad 20 minute workout! focus mainly on a lot of jumping/hopping exercises but has little sections that incorporate weights which i liked. and this lady is just adorable!
