Heart-Pumping Step Aerobics

Great workout. I am signed for 7 day challenge. Should I do both step a c walk everyday. That is 2 hours of workout daily.

Just i did this! I need a bath to get out so sweat of my body! I like that 4 combos was so easy to remember and follow. Place your camera little down as the previous workouts. Thank you very much again!!!
