Completed, very good workout, breaks a sweat, but not like the usual workouts that are unbelievably hard for an average person to complete.

Ok so I must say that I'm not advanced at all, but this workout really for beginners..:S There are more marches than exercises!! It was like : squat, squat 3 times…and walk out for 1 minute !! I was like: what is going on?? I didn't feel that I had work out at all and I'm going to do something additional now because I was almost falling asleep, sorry. Check out ewa chodakowska, she's got good ones.
