I'm normally not into dancing (unless it's ballet inspired move workouts), but this looks sooooo good! I'll try it and let you know if I lived. Loving everything you do–you're sort of amazing, Bipasha!

I like this workout very much but I don't like the very end workout only because the lady does not instruct us on how to do anything and there going extremely fast , I do not look at myself as a uncoordinated person but even for me the end is hard. Anyone agree?

I just wanted to say that i used to be a dancer (like a million years ago) and did all the aerobics of the time and the dreaded gym to keep some semblance of a body after a knee injury ended my dance career. over the years i've done cardio with no joy at all (just get it done) then i contracted a virus, ended up with chronic fatigue for years.. i've been slowly building my energy and strength back up.. so this morning i walked for an hour and did my 15 mins weight.. found THIS video (randomly) was gobsmacked at how gorgeous they all are – thought i'd just do a little bit.. everytime i went to turn it off i had to keep doing it !!! i did the whole thing! i had SO much fun.. i also realised how static (we women especially) i had become through the hips.. it's gonna take me awhile to loosen up and move like these girls again and find my dance rhythm (if you'd been watching me today you would have been in hysterics) … i wanted to give a HUGE BIG thank you to the Bipasha Basu team from Byron Bay Australia of rte-igniting and re-inspiring me… going to do this everyday… happy and thrilled. 🙂 xxxx

I love all your workouts, I usually use your hiit videos for my daily wo but I wasn't feeling well today so I thought I should try one of your low impact vids. It's still challenging even if low impact! very good for active rest day wo OR days you don't feel like jumping a lot :)
