Your absolutely correct. I just think that intense lifting/power lefts may have long term consequences such as arthritis, lower back pain, knee pain… But of course both anaerobic and aerobic in moderation is definitely the way to go in my opinion. If your an athlete, such as myself, you'll probably overdo it. Thats when you have to decide, is it worth it? For me the answer is yes. All I can do is take care of myself and minimize the risk of injuries and prevent future problems

Arash, can you post videos of how to get muscle endurance in your biceps using bodyweight exercises without weights?
I am a teenager 13 years old and I don't lift weights, I do normal bodyweight training and I'm quite strong, I'm big, 175 cm(5 feet 9) and 75kg(165 pounds)
