I do this workout every Tuesday, and it's my absolute favorite pop sugar workout. My favorite part of the video is at 30:17 when Jeanette says,"it wouldn't be a 500 calorie burning workout without a burpee" and Anna very exhaustedly sighs, "riiiiiiight". Anna's response is so genuine and unrehearsed! I laugh every time. Thanks for he great workout!

I wish this workout had more cuing because it looks like a great workout. I am trying to get back into step aerobics and I am out of practice. It's a little frustrating when no cues are given for starting with right leg or left leg. I give up because I get lost. Maybe I can do it after I get back in practice.
