Learn step and have fun. We will go through step moves and learn them and different modifications and intensity levels will be shown. No step choreography in this video. Basic STEP moves are taught with alternative options so you can take the time to learn the move and do it over and over before you hit a choreographed step video. This is a great place to start. Entire body weight training of the upper/ mid and lower body. Your entire body is worked. Nothing is left untouched.
