I've lost so much weight since doing these workouts. 59lbs to be exact. Half way to hitting my weight loss goal.
Can't thank you enough Love your workouts. They are simple yet still challenging and so motivating and encouraging that I look forward to doing them. I've never lost this much weight before. And with so much variety and workouts to chose from too.

Angie, this message is well over due. I have been working out with you since late January. I have lost 15lbs because of you. It is hard losing the last 5lbs which is in my gut. I have been doing more step, strength training and core with you. I love your attitude, dancing and everything you do. Please keep it up. I am in Fort Worth, TX.

Another terrific workout, I really liked the new step moves! Such an amazing way to sweat, I like the thinking component. Do you hear the groans and moans in Nashville when I mess up?! Ha. Yes and yikes to the core work. Thank you, Angie…your step routines make my day.
