5 min Upper/Lower Body Strength Training
Learn Step Combinations 4-6 and put them all together
5 min Upper/ Lower Body Strength Training
Put Combinations 1-6 together
5 min Core
5 min Cool Down & Stretch

Hi. I have attempted this workout for the second time this week. I am not fit enough to do it all… yet. I love that the steps were basic. It meant I got into it straight away and get my heart rate up instead of floundering around trying to figure out the steps and not working. Love it! Also liked that strength was included as well!

The pace of this workout was killer…loved it! Soundtrack was awesome. I really like the stomp, and the six combos. Added one riser, two just intensifies the impact too much for my fake knees. They are ten years old, I have to think about shelf life. Ummm, the stability ball work, wow! I need to blow up mine as well…could use a spotter. Ha! Your form cues and setting to audible 8 counts are both greatly appreciated. A workout with this intensity from the moment we push play? A win for sure, yet probably 15 minutes longer than I have most days. Thank you for your time and talents…

Holy smokes! I put the second riser on and I can't believe I did it. I am soaking wet but I can't wait to do this again. Love the weight core aspect. Thank you so much for doing these. This has become something I look forward to which I believe is what you want. You want to look forward to working out not dreading it!
