Learn Step Combinations 1-3 and put them all together
5 min Upper/Lower Body Strength Training
Learn Step Combinations 4-6 and put them all together
5 min Upper/ Lower Body Strength Training
Put Combinations 1-6 together
5 min Core
5 min Cool Down & Stretch
