I injured my feet during a 5 day backpacking trip in Yosemite. It's amazing how many things connect to the bottoms of our feet! I was feeling down because I wasn't getting any exercise. My friend showed me your videos and we're texting each other every day now to see if we've each done our daily video. I'm glad he thought of me, even though these say "Exercise for Seniors". I'm not a senior, so I wouldn't have thought to look these up. I love them. These are good workouts for any age. But, I also appreciate that they say Senior because it makes them findable for people like my mom (who I recommended your channel to today). Even after my feet have healed (was so tempted to write "heeled" haha), I plan to keep doing these workouts as part of my daily routine. So, thanks for making them! 🙂

For once, let the woman do the talking, and let the woman do the more "strenuous" versions of the exercises. It never hurts with a little variety, you know!

I`ve given “fizo amazing plan” (Google it) to two people who has Type 2 diabetes. One of them was able to lessen his HA1c to 5.9 and succeeded in treating his diabetes. While the other guy was able to normalize his blood sugar levels to 110mg/dL. He is now free from the potential risk of heart impairment and the damaging effects of diabetes.

I have been suffering from the type 2 diabetes for 20 years now. Now I have seen much improvement with my efforts towards treating the disease. I have learnt to be committed to treating the type 2 diabetes and to stick with it. This has been of great help. I appreciate this material. Without commitment your winning this battle is not guaranteed.

Thanks for the Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried – Sayerdsan Level Sugar Secret (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cooworker at very last said ta ta to the frustrating diabetes stress with it.
