This workout was just what I needed today. My hip flexors tend to get really tight, so focusing in more on the lower abs and the stretches at the end of this workout left my muscles feeling tired, but satisfied!

Good work out. Little too much verbal encouragement/chatter for me. But I’m sure that helps some people.
Love that zero extra equipment was needed. The blast portion was my favorite
