Too much talking and pauses in between. Had to go back and add a rep or two to make this a proper workout. Could have been a 20min or less workout. Would suggest renaming this for beginners if it was meant to be detailed in explanation for beginners. For people who workout regularly the pauses caused way too much lowering of heartrates

I personally appreciate "all the talking" everyone is complaining about lol. I don't have a mirror to check my posture and what-not so I find it helpful that he explains the moves and reminds you to keep your abs in, shoulders back, etc.

I haven't been exercising for about 2 weeks and the more days pass by, the more tired and lazy and annoyed i felt 🙁 so I just stopped finding excuses and stepped right into the workout, before two weeks, I was in good state, doing 1 hour workouts…now doing this and did another 10min workout, i could only go through the first round, feeling weak and tired…but definitely fired up and energetic inside…I am sure with a new day, my energy will comeback and I will return to stronger version of myself…never stop exercising 🙂

Thanks for this video! I thought I was in decent shape until I had to run to the bathroom on the third set and almost throwup and have explosive diarrhea. I need to start doing this consistently!
