I am almost 47 and havnt excercised like that since high school, only thing i do is walk daily, im gonna try this but will need to go slower, im still 80 pounds overweight and dont wanna cause problems, so great thanks!

How do you eat enough to work out everyday? This is a legitimate concern for me, when I eat mainly fruit and veggies I find myself feeling lethargic and just not enough energy when I am at the gym.
Also in the mountain climbers make sure your shoulders are over your wrists and bring you butt lower.

I honestly don't remember when I worked out the last time xD (I don't include walks) like… must be a few months ago… sooo bad^^ Love swimming as an exercise but I don't want to mess up my shower schedule (one shower every 2 days lol xD)
