Awesome workout! The metabolic boost section is really challenging, but once you get through it, the rest of the workout flies by 🙂

This is amazing! I’ve been doing too much boring exercises every day like sit-ups and stuff like that and running and I hate it. I came across this video and I love it so much. I found a workout that makes me actually sweat!

Great workout – I did all the advanced moves, kept moving in between various sets and I burned 300 calories for the entire workout. :/
