La verdad es que tengo 10 años y pesaba mas de 40 kg y queria bajar de peso lo empese a aser dos veses por dia y vaje 12 kg en 1 sen

It's so frustrating, no matter how hard i try to do the Superman Pulses, i just couldn't lift my legs and upper torso that high, or atleast a little bit more. Is there a substitute for the superman pulse? My thighs are a bit heavy.
