So if it looks too advanced for your level, as it looks like it is for me,
just do what you can and practice, even if it’s just a couple of basic
moves that you repeat for as long as you can, and progress from there. I’ll
do it that way, learn the basic moves a couple at a time until I get
better.. I can do this until I get confident and then try them on at the
gym. where I’m too shy to try it in front of people..

Not even close to a beginner workout! If you are fat, like most people
doing a beginner workout, this would KILL you!

Great low impact exercises. Would love to see your diet you do along with
your workout. If you’re sick of doing ab workouts on the ground, visit us
at theabstand*net It’s a machine that gives you a strong core and ab
results while you stand putting less stress on the neck and lower back.

I am definitely a beginner. I am 300 pounds and would like to purchase a
aerobic stepper however, most of the steppers i have seen have a 250 pound
weight limit. Does anyone know of a stepper that will hold my weight? I
really want to get one! Thanks

I tried doing this exact routine with a personal trainer before I just
ended up being confused with all of the steps! You are going WAY too
quickly and doing WAY too many things for this to be even remotely for
beginners.

Is there anything else I can use besides a stepper?

Thank you so much for taking the time to put these videos together for
those of us who are mommies, wives and full time students 🙂 Life is
extremely busy and your kind demeanor keeps me going and motivates me into
learning the steps. “Just keep moving” you said and you are so correct
because before I knew it I got two steps right in a row!!!! It snowballed
from there forth 😀
