like the video but wish that it was mirrored or at least do it with someone
facing the opposite direction so that we dnt lose focus while trying to
figure out which left and right plz….but nice vid though thnx ^.^

Finally! A Whole class, with a competent instructor who actually performs
what they’re advertising that that are going to do. Very nice! Up beat,
knowledgeable, competent woman; fun class!!

@kawaiiushii, there’s no need to waste time figuring out which left and
right cos it’s suppose to be done mirroring the instructor direction. if u
see the instructor going to her right (it’s to the left from ur view), u
move to the left.
