Can this be my beginner workout? Not sure if I'll gain muscle or just lose weight? I'm skinny and just want to gain. I broke my wrist and am so limited i can't bare any weight on my palms, only my fist. It's holding me back everywhere. No pushups no pullups. Kinda lost in every way. This is the only workout I'm trying right now to start after being lazy for 8 years+ and loathing myself for stopping sports to pick up a pipe. Not trying to connect you or your page with my bs but any kind of help is appreciated.
Just following this best i can with nothing else. No warm up. Barely eat enough food to keep up with my energy levels. Maybe only twice a week to get my body used to working out again?
