There’s something so clean, crisp, classic and upbeat (without being
intimidating) about these aerobic videos. Sometimes a good simple workout
is all someone needs. 😀 I’m actually curious about the few seconds of the
cool down that was left out.

Do you have any 5 minute warm up before the real exercise starts and a cool
down? if you can upload a warm up and cool down segment it would make a
