What if i swim at the gym pool and do water aerobics 4 times a week with a healthy diet for 2 months??
Will i get drastic results and weight loss?

Water provides enough resistance to give you a workout, but doesn’t cause any impact on your joints. Water aerobics are great for people with health conditions or sensitivities to high or even low impact exercise.
Doing water aerobics also keeps your body temperature regulated. This helps protect against excessive sweating which can lead to dehydration and injury due to slipping. The stable water temperature also protects your body from overheating. The pool you do water aerobics in may be heated, but the temperature will not be too warm or anywhere near dangerous. Save that for the hot tub and sauna!
