Day one AGAIN
I do not want to lose the achieved resultsin 2015 January, so start workout
with Jenny Ford again.
It is not difficult and certainly will not be discouraged if you love
“Jenny’s step workout”of the way I do.
Warm up, three amaizing combos and coll down.
You will like to workout today again :)

Hello Jenny, I did the first challange today and I loved it. Because I have
problems with my health I can not do a challange every day, but I try to do

I have just discovered your videos and you are now my new best friend. Im a
working mum of 2 kids under 5 and have no time for me. Just completed this
video and loved it. Hope to work out more often now.

I loved this one! I’m just getting over a nasty cold so the intensity was
just right for me to break a sweat without coughing. Thank you so much.

Jenny I love your workouts! This one is perfect – easy to follow, nice
pace, perfect length at 30 min. My only complaint is the music. It is a bit
loud, drowns out your cues at times, and I guess I am not a fan of the
techo/disco sound.

I think you taught me very well because this workout was very easy to do. I
would really recommend this workout for beginner’s to step and also for
people who just want basic steps. Just because it was easy for me, I still
got a really good cardio workout and sweated a lot so this still is an
excellent cardiovascular workout. As always, thank you Jenny for your
hardwork and for sharing this with us!!!!!

wow look at that beautiful sunshine. we are in a deep freeze here in
Canada. I will give this a try today. my poor brain can’t handle too many
complicated moves so it looks good for me lol

Thanks so much for a new step routine! I love your workouts and as always,
your cueing was spot on. Nice job on the transitions and progressions. I
like the choreography here because it can be easily amped up to a more
intermediate workout. Thanks, again.

Day 1 done! Excellent new workout. Love the basic step, gets the heart rate
up but easy on the joints!
