Thank you this is very helpful. I need to make exercise plans for the
elderly because I am studying physiotherapy. However, I wasn’t told how
much they could really handle. This seems appropriate for general condition

I am very impressed you can actually work a sweat. Great cardio for people
with back problems that need low impact. No excuse for not excercising.
