Get your cardio on at home in a small space with no treadmill required! This easy to follow and modify routine works for all levels of exercisers. Beginners, try this circuit once through. Once you feel ready to try more, try working your way up to 3 rounds of the circuit in total (you can do them all at once or break them up throughout the day into 3 separate 10 minute sessions – both options offer great benefits!)

Jessica, I love your workouts, they fit into my schedule perfectly. I ordered the Walk Strong program, but it downloaded into Purple Player which I cannot stream onto my tv. Is there a workaround?

A friend introduced me to you and I'm so thankful. I gave up paid work earlier this year to become my husband's full time carer. I love that I can do this in the office, just for me. I'm 52 and very unfit. It's a long time since I spent any time exercising or being in a gym.

I can literally say I LOVE YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!!!! Your so motivational and you make me feel like I can really reach my goal I've recently gone vegan and taken care of my diet and he treadmill seemed boring and I found your video I'm so happy that I'm deciding to be healthy now I'm 16 and I'm truly happy you uploaded this it honestly made me have fun and sweat a ton!!!

My BMI says I'm overweight, I know I'm not cause I have muscle mass and big bones, but I can't help how depressed I get being on 25.1 instead of 22.5 like I used to be before I worked out with my muscles. I want to burn more fat and get back down to what I was, but I think the muscle mass won't go away considering I do ab workouts all the time. I eat healthy foods with the occasional month cheat, but I feel I'm fat and disgusting. I am going to try this work out video and do all of this 3x instead of once through every 1-2 days of the week. I hope I get back down to a normal weight because all of my teachers and doctors tell me I'm fat. :/
