sorry, but again, is not hamstrings is glutes

but the hamstrings also. remember: muscles attach in two ends so movement
occures both ways.

@brunopets That´s more glutes but also Hamstrings. Okay if you stand in the
water on 1 foot it´s obviously more the glutes 🙂 than the ham but they
still work at this excercise
