I have a 1 hour aerobics class 5 days a week…. but should i do excersises at the gym before? or should i stick around afterwards? and if yes, what should i do? i’m looking to lose weight. thankz!

Walk two miles before and two miles after, each in 30 minutes.

Aerobics will be great cardiovascular exercise that will rev up your heart rate, metabolism and help you burn fat. You can warm up or cool down with some weight bearing exercises.

drink lots of water, and eat something healthy a little bit before the class. I love aerobics(: my favorite class

cut down on the aerobics a little bit, maybe only do 3 days a week and try to take a weight lifting class or try to lift on your own for 2 days. The more muscle you have, the more fat you’ll burn. Although you may not lose as much weight as you hope d/t muscle mass, you’re body will look thinner and leaner!

yeah you should do some weight lifting exercises. I don’t been bicep curls or any of that nonsense. Safe, functional and easy to remember exercises. Squats, chest press and lat pull down. these 3 exercises will help you lose fat by increasing your metabolism. also other benefits of strength training are:
lowers risk of osteoperosis and osteoarthritis.
lowers your blood pressure.
increases joint functionability.
i could go on forever. Basic, simple exercises that work large muscle groups (we call them compound exercises) are the best for the results you want.
