This is a great one to add on to another workout if I feel I need to burn more calories but I don’t have the energy for high impact anymore. It’s disarmingly tough and I enjoy it!

These no jump workouts aren't just good for people with sensitive joints and whatnot, they're great for ppl who don't workout at the gym. I live in a two storey house not even an apartment but I still skip over any workouts with jumps bc I just can't be jumping in my house so thanks!

while it's nice that kaycee chimes in with comments to support the workout, she often talks over anna making it hard to hear the instructions… maybe she needs her own youtube channel if she'd like to lead classes…

I love that you talk to the viewers while performing the exercise. For example, you tell us that our legs will be burning during a certain exercise which lets us know that we're doing the exercise correctly or getting the most benefits out of the exercise.
