I just finished this work out…and I am incredibly out of shape. I had to stop and pause for a few seconds but I did it! Thanks for making a beginner video for actual beginners that are out of shape. Most videos are so high intensity that you cant finish a video. I want something I can do to build on so thanks. I will be back!

After putting my all into the first week of the 8 week program and waking up (after 4hrs sleep) sore and to realize I put on some weight since the beginning was not most motivating thing ever. I know that it is normal for body weight to fluctuate 1kg on and off and especially after a long break from exercise and one big meal this week it was still hard to find strength to carry on.
This routine is perfect for a day like this – it is after all better to do some low impact exercise than sit on the sofa. And despite soreness and no visible results just yet I definitely feel better for doing it. I'll add it to favourites for days like this – lazy, sore or unmotivated.

I have all the gear, mat, outfits, trainers, exercise ball, dumb bells and a gym in my back garden that used to belong to my hubby! I NEED to get in shape and found your video. WOW I have just done this one workout FOR BEGINNERS and I'm shattered. Thought I'd give it ago and start my fitness today. My dog is looking at me with some weird face and tipping his head to one side lol. I'm sweating which I know is good and my heart rate is going over board. But its all good. I feel like I've started something that I want to continue doing. Thanks for uploading this workout its pretty easy but for a beginner like me is somewhat hard. I know as time goes on its going to get easier. Thanks again. Off to get a shower now. Slowly slowly does it. I don't want to watch another one and then think its too much and then give up..if you get my drift! Gosh, I'm proper sweating! Feels good though!

Today I decided to work out again after 6 months of being a lazy butt. I have been feeling rather insecure about my looks, not to mention that energy wise, I feel like a 60 year old than a 22 year old. I scoured the internet looking for beginner guides and found that your video was truly beginner friendly. The workout went very well and I can feel some slight changes in my body. I was able to complete the workout without a problem, well except the push-ups haha but I really enjoyed your video and plan to continue using your channel to help change myself inside out!

This is one of the first work outs I've done that doesn't discourage me. I always feel so pathetic when I can't do a certain move, and I give up. However, I was able to do all the moves in this video, and I feel good after completing it. Thank you!
