It says no equipment but you use dumbbells in many of the exercises. This is misleading when I clicked on the video and went through the whole warmup just to exit out of the screen after the 2nd exercise because I dont have weights to use.

I prefer this so much over the gym. I feel more accomplished after with the guidance and cheering on, and it also encouraged my younger sister to work out with me tonight! Lots of fun— and sweaty. xD
