This one is crazy intense but I love it and you're workout videos. Also does it matter if I workout more towards nighttime rather than in the morning

Thanks for the new set in this video, as usual very creative moves at a great pace. Been following you for a month or so, 3 to 4 times per week and is paying back. thanks coach and claudia…ever since Hurricane Irma was making her way to Florida I haven't been able to work out. Today I'm back home no damage to house and. we finally have power. jumped online to check out HASFIT page. I was like yes new video!!!!! i'm sweating. I feel great. just what i needed.

This workout looks great, but I can't imagine doing that first move on the warm up. The Spider. Without being more warmed up and doing that move first, seems like you could easily get injured.

Have you already thought about a calisthenics workout?
I don't have the variety of dumbells that I'd like to improve my workout, and I couldn't find a workout good like yours.

One of the best workouts that I have done yet. I have been doing your workouts for almost 2 months now and I seen and felt tremendous results. I finally got my wife on board for the past 2 weeks and she is loving it also. Keep up the good work and thank you for doing these videos!
